Creates a flat, homogeneous substrate ready for most floor finishes.

  • Consistent mixing and flow for easy placement
  • Low shrinkage for stable, crack-resistant surfaces

Build & Repair

Bridges minor irregularities and allows build-up where levels need correcting.

  • Can be used to correct uneven or worn substrates
  • Compatible with localized patching and ramping zones
  • Optional sand extension for higher build where permitted

Designed as part of a complete mineral flooring system.

  • Pairs with dedicated primers for controlled absorbency
  • Compatible with selected protection sealers and topcoats
  • Supports stable, long-term performance of the full system build-up

Substrates Concrete, cement screeds, and stable mineral bases; consult TDS for special or critical substrates
Primer Use a compatible primer on porous bases to control absorbency and improve adhesion
Water demand Approx. 2.85–4.6 L per 20 kg (depends on formulation and any sand extension)
Sand extension Up to ~30% clean silica sand where permitted for higher build (see system guide)
Finish / Coverings Intended as an underlayment beneath floor coverings; if exposed, seal with a suitable protective coating
Storage Keep cool, dry, and sealed; observe shelf-life on packaging
