Substrates & Priming
For porous concrete, screeds and masonry, use an acrylic primer to control absorbency and improve adhesion.
- Promotes uniform wetting and bond
- Helps retain water for proper curing
- Apply 1–2 coats depending on porosity
Mineral-silicate renders and protective systems for clean, breathable, colour-stable walls and surfaces.
For porous concrete, screeds and masonry, use an acrylic primer to control absorbency and improve adhesion.
White mineral-silicate renders for walls (and floors where specified) with adjustable textures.
Use chemical/salt-resistant mineral-silicate systems in aggressive environments.
| Substrates | Concrete, screeds, stable masonry; confirm suitability per TDS |
|---|---|
| Primer | Acrylic primer on porous bases to control absorbency and enhance adhesion |
| Water demand | Approx. 5.0–7.0 L per 20 kg for renders (product-specific) |
| Sand extension | Up to ~1:1 clean silica sand for texture (adjust water accordingly) |
| Application | Trowel/float; sponge or trowel finish to desired texture; observe curing |
| Protection | For aggressive exposure, use chemical/salt-resistant plaster or compatible sealer |
| Storage | Cool, dry, sealed; observe product shelf-life on packaging |
