The revolutionary Mineral Silicate binder technology was first launched in 2007 by a German Co. who has the sole patent right specialized in the research, development and manufacturing of exceptional mineral silicate dry mortar used in the fields of building construction, civil engineering, agriculture, landscaping and chemical protections. In the last 18 years products have been widely used mainly in Europe and Middle East region where they are several thousands dry-mix companies adopting the technology in various areas of applications, primarily to replace traditional cement and resin-based materials.
Since 2023, we have been collaborating with a leading German company to introduce this unique technology and have since been dedicated to researching and developing the product to meet relevant Australian standards and environmental conditions. Backed by years of research and development in collaboration with leading European experts, this technology delivers efficient, high-quality solutions tailored for the local building industry. To date, our innovative materials are being used in Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India and now Pozzolana is proud to bring this world- class innovation to Australia, supporting the transition towards more environmentally responsible and future- ready construction practices.expanding into Australia.

Discovery & Specification
We align on goals, timelines, and sustainability targets, review drawings and substrate conditions, and calculate coverage. You get a clear product recommendation and preliminary spec that fits budget and LEED/BREEAM needs.

Technical Plan & Mock-Up
We define the method (primer, mix, thickness, cure schedule) and build a small mock-up or lab sample to validate finish and performance. The result is a finalized method statement with QA checkpoints.

Delivery & On-Site Support
We coordinate supply and scheduling, brief the installers, and provide pour-day assistance (flow, level, temp/RH checks). Close-out includes EPD/SDS and a maintenance guide so the floor performs long-term.
